Sloppy Joe for a Crowd

My family does not like the "Manwich" Style Sloppy Joes, but loves these,
and there's always enough to freeze for several other easy meals.

4 pounds grnd beef
1 C chopped onion
2 cans undiluted tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce 16oz
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
3 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T prepared mustard
1 T dry mustard
1 tsp garlic salt

In large saucepan brown beef and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes. Drain.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour
stir occasionally.Spoon mixture on hamburger buns and enjoy!

Yields 20-25 servings.

I found this recipe out on the internet somewhere. I wish I could remember where so I could give credit.

Baked Peach Pancakes

2 to 4 tablespoons sugar
maple syrup

Directions:

Drizzle maple syrup over and serve.

This recipe has really grown and changed as my family has grown and changed.
These days when I make Peach Pancakes I don't use butter I use non stick spray.
I changed the ingredients amounts too. 1 1/2 cups bisquick, 1 cup milk and 6 eggs.
I sprinkle the top with cinnamon sugar and skip the maple syrup.
Sometimes I add bits of cream cheese.

Cheesy Pancakes

1 cup small curd cottage cheese
3/4 cup flour
4 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/2 t vanilla
2 T sugar
Stir flour and cottage cheese together. Stir in eggs.
Stir in remainder ingredients. Cook on pancake griddle at 325 degrees.
Extras keep well in the fridge.
